SEALED BIDS FOR ELECTRIC LINE RIGHT-OF-WAY CLEARING SERVICES will be received by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Okolona at the Okolona City Hall located at 215 West Main Street, Okolona, Mississippi 38821 until 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday the 13th Day of November, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Specifications and bidding documents may be examined at the office of the City Council at the address stated above or are available via digital copy. Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.atwellandgentprojects.com. Bid documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. BIDS: Each bid must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.

SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Electronic bids may be submitted through the website www.atwellandgentprojects.com. Electronic bids are not required by the City of Okolona but offered as another means to submit a bid.

The Mayor and City Council of the City of Okolona, Mississippi expressly reserve the right to reject any or all bids submitted and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
