A bid can be submitted electronically at www.atwellandgentprojects.com, or physically mailed or delivered to Jason Grisham, 1909 South Tate Street, Corinth, MS 38834 prior to the time and date stated. Only one original of Bid Proposal shall be submitted which should be sealed in an opaque envelope marked, mailed or hand delivered.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

A. The City of New Albany Light, Gas & Water (NALGW) plans to construct a utility fiber network to provide broadband service for its own use, and in partnership with ACE Fiber (ACE), make available broadband retail services to its consumers.

B. The City of New Albany will construct transport/backbone between four fiber shelters, distribution fiber between fiber shelters and splitters, and distribution fiber between splitters and MSTs.

C. Work downstream of MSTs, including aerial and underground drops and installation consumer electronics and any necessary cabling in premise, will be constructed under this project.

D. MSTs and work upstream is not included in this project; however, Contractor will provide pricing for installation of MSTs for maintenance purposes.
